We recognise that offices today are the life blood of a business. In busy pressurised times while undertaking office refurbishment; the needs of your business are always a priority. Before any works are started we will produce, with you, a detailed programme of works. This will detail all activities to be carried out along with the dates they will happen ensuring contractor and client have clear visibility of how the project should progress. We will produce all design and construction drawings and will co-ordinate and arrange all Local Authority Planning, Building Control and Fire Authority consents.
As part of our CHAS accreditation our procedures and management systems have been vetted and approved to act as a Principal Contractor as defined within the CDM Regulations.
